Camera and Video, DOA.
 

I have an 8300 Curve, just upgraded to 4.5.0.124 to try and fix it, I wiped and restored my entire phone. The camera, when opened from main screen, will go into the app, wait a couple of seconds, then give me an error "cannot start the camera, please close all other applications". I have no other apps running that I know of. When I try to start the video app, it goes into it, then immediately returns to home screen. Any suggestions are well appreciated.

1. try cleaning out your browser cache
2. try gently pushing on the lens of the camera with the battery off...GENTLY
3. if you have a memory card, remove that and see if camera works

I had that same problem with my first 8330, the camera is broke, I wiped my device with JL_CMDer and it did not fix the issue.. You should try a get a replacement.
