bluetooth file transfer issue
 

hey guys whats up i have a blackberry 8100 and i am having problems receiving music files via bluetooth.....i have paired the relevant devices and i have even gone into the media folder and have selected receive via bluetooth on my blackberry...i have no problems receiving images but the transfer always fails when i attempt to receive mp3 files.....what am i doing wrong here?

I have a BB8130 as well and I've pair and everything that the instructions mentioned to do but I can seem to transfer and files whatsoever. It want even stay connected to the bluetooth system. What gives? Does anyone have any suggestion to help me remain connected and transfer files. It's trying and my light goes blue but somethings no right. thanks

If my memory is correct, you need at least OS 4.2 to move data via BT. Prior to that BT was voice only.
