Need some Help - BlackBerry Desktop Question

I just upgraded to version 4.7. Im trying to add a video file onto my BB SD Card but the software won't see it. I used to be able to see it in the older version - what do I need to enable or change to see the SD card? Please help

Make sure the old one is completely gone from your computer and reinstall the 4.7.
