How do I replace my shortcuts on menu?
 

I am a new blackberry user and got the 8100. On the short menu when you start the phone there are 5 shortcuts on the bottom of the screen and then when you click that button with the dots it takes you to the full menu. How can I replace a shortcut on the first screen with the 5 shortcuts on the bottom with something else?

It depends on the theme you are using. For example if your using a Zen base theme the first row of icons you got when you press the menu key, are the ones that appear when you start the phone. So if you want to change them just go to the full menu en move the ones you like to have to the top row.
Some themes don't allow to change that so you have to try.
