While installing BES 10v-10.2 trial version,the following error has been occurred: "The Set up application detected a corrupted cache setting.Please contact customer care support". please advise Thanks. |

This error message that you have during the installation means Incorrect information from previous installations or upgrades are still left over in the registry which causes the installation to fail.
clean uninstall the BES 10.2 and clean the register keys that are related with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server ( BES 10 ) and make sure that your environment is ready for BES 10.2 |
