blackberry 8520

Hi can any body help me with my blackberry phone 8520.
When i connect to my pc its asking for a pasword and dont know what this is and the shop was not that helpfull can any body help please

If you have a lock screen password, it will ask for it. If you don't, then it shouldn't ask

The pc needs the BlackBerry's password that you set in order to connect and access the BlackBerry. Whatever you use to unlock your 8520 is what you need to enter into the pc.

If your blackberry passwords has numbers, try to substitute them with words in the computer.
I got several clients complaning about that, because thay had a password in BB and when connecting to the computer they enter the passwords and keep getting "wrong password" error.when they changed the numbers with letters it wprked fine.
that happens because people sometimes forget of pressing ALT to enter numbers.
