Site Registration Process
 

This is just a quick note on the registration process for this forum.

1) On any site that I have ever registered I have never had my user name refused. I had to enter at least seven different user names to try and register. Each time I was told that the user name is already used. I thought that I had previously registered and entered every known email address of which none were recognized. I was also told that my user name did not meet the parameters for the registration process but I could not locate those parameters.

2) Security Image. Wow, I have never had problems reading security image codes. I had to refresh this screen multiple times before I could read a code. I understand security but this is extreme.

I apologize, but it is very likely you have registered on the site in the past, and possibly on multiple occasions. We had a email address loss a long while back and some of the earlier usernames do not have email addresses attached to submit for a lost password.

As for the security image, I will look into making this easier/simpler. I did not realize it was such an issue, and understandably could discourage registration.
