My BB 9900 is shutting down my home wifi as soon as I start downloading apps
 

Hi all,

Please advice what to do, my BB 9900 is shutting down my home wifi signal as soon as I start downloading apps from Blackberry World. Not only the phone doesn't have wifi, but all the other devices at home as well. I have to restart router every time, and it happens with all the apps, especially if its over 2MB.

I have already tried wiping the device and going back to factory settings, didn't help.

Any other suggestions please?

Sounds like you need a new router.
