wirless sync

Hello,

i'm a real beginner so please be simple. I have a BB 8300. At my company we use outlook 2007 and I have my own work email address. My company does not have a BES. How can I wirelessly sync my bb with outlook 2007 (email, contact and calender). I noticed a few BES hosting sites but they all require that I enroll with their email mailbox hosting plan and I already have my work email address.
Can i enroll with their mailbox hosting plan but still continue using my work email address and sync my BB with my work email address?

what is the best cheapest solution for this?

thanks!

I'm afraid there isn't really a solution: if you want to wirelessly sync contacts, calendar etc. of your work account (assuming they use Exchange, Notes etc.) then you need BES.

Cheapest best solution would be BlackBerry Professional Software. $500 for up to 5 users and you can install it right on your Exchange server.

Hdawg gave it to you. That software should include basic phone support with Research In Motion. So even an IT Department with knowledge of BlackBerry or BES can install and support a BES with that package.
