Thank you for sharing. I have a license I rarely use. Good program nonetheless.

Same here. I only used PD for its keyboard shortcuts in the past, but it is defintely a useful app otherwise.

I'm with Fred - I can't imagine the Blackberry without PocketDay.

Still one of my most used apps, four blackberries after my initial purchase.

Most important to me, does it resolve the compatibility issues with Storm 9530 OS v .151 or is it compatible with the newly released OS v .167?

Also, does it yet have a way to backup and restore the custom scoreboards in the sports piece? It's really tedious to add the ncaa bball teams I want to follow (one conference and the top 25 or so; the full list is way too much), which I seem to have to do anytime I upgrade my OS. Which inevitably means each fall and once or twice during the season. Alternatively, is there a way to do a bulk import of teams to create a new scoreboard?

thanks,

Auto Update from 5.6.1.1 does not work. Brings me to a page showing I have a 8330 w/OS 5.0, the link on that page does not resolve.

Need to automatically collapse all sections on reboot or restart. All other BB programs I have do this. Major pain in the ....... Otherwise, I use this program often, but not for calendar.

Another nice update from CRS. As someone else noted, just please collapse sections on restart! While there are more detailed Stock, Weather, and Twitter applications (I have many of them), Pocketday is perfect example of where the sum is much larger than the parts. As I have pretty much delegated my Bold to work only, and my Iphone for personal use, Pocketday is now my primary application on the Bold.

Is there a different version for the Storm with OS5. I just upgraded to OS5 and my screen will actually rotate 180 degrees while running PD.

I'm seeing that, too, when I lay it flat. PD Support is looking into it.

The version I am running now is 5.6.3.1 which I suppose was updated for OS5. However when I do a "Check for Update" from within PD it prompts me to install 5.6.3. Guess they are still working on a fix.

Actually if you follow through with the update it will install 5.6.3.1. Still no fix for the 180 rotation. I've basically stopped using it because of this.

This is my favorite app for sure.

I just got an update to Pocketday that fixes the odd screen flipping.

I can still, every once and a while, get it to go 90 degrees off though, but it will sit on the desk nicely now. And the upgrade didn't lose any of my PD settings, either.

How did you get the update? I just did a "check for updates" from the PD menu and when I tried to download it's the same version I already have which is 5.6.3.1.

I used it from this link: http://www.pocketday.com/files/v56/pdp56os50.jad

Perhaps you need to replace your version.
