Bluetooth disabled itself, won't enable now
I have a Blackberry Pearl Flip 8230. For the last month, I've been happily using a Bluetooth device from Phonak that works with my hearing aid. It's been great - paired easily, the phone & device find each other every morning and connect, all very easy. Today, they wouldn't connect, and I went to wireless connections on the phone and saw that Bluetooth was disabled. So I checked the box to enable; the printed word "Bluetooth" faded and the checkmark that I'd made quickly disappeared. I can't make it enable! I've rebooted, re-synced, can't think of what else to do. I go to Bluetooth setup and Bluetooth options and they're all blank other than saying that Bluetooth is disabled. Help appreciated - can't hear on the phone well without this device connected.

Rebooted?
Did you do a proper hard reset? That is, with the power on, remove the battery and wait at least 30 seconds. If you did, try one more time, but wait a good two minutes. Then test. Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile |

Any new apps installed that use BT? Reboot should fix, maybe even couple won't do any harm.

First step is to try a hard reset (see above). Do that and then test.
