I found the easiest way is to tell the person to stop contacting you! Unless that's too difficult...

Did you look in the BlackBerryForums App Store?

I have the same problem and unwanted caller I did own load the Call Blocker Professional but it doesn't work....Ive been trying to find an answer for 18 days and not one person has helped....the link that was just posted http://www.blackberryapps.com/platfo...s=1&platform=5 doesn't go anywhere.

I even purchased this app on the advice of my carrier T Mobile only to find although it's in the Blackberry Apps list it's a 3rd party app and trying to find help there is impossible.........at this point I am planning to buy out my contract and moving over to Verison...they don't need apps to block numbers you just have to call. Makes me wonder why T Mobile doesn't have this technology???? Unsatisfied loyal customer over 5 yrs with t Mobile. Sept. 30 2010

The link that I posted absolutely is valid.

http: // www. blackberryapps. com/platformMain.asp?sString=call%20block&deviceid=106 4&nds=1&platform=5

Or just search in the app store yourself for "call blocker". That's what the link points to.

As to the support issue, have you tried contacting the app developer directly?
Have you tried the Support page? http://www.blackberryapps.com/support.asp

I have a number that used to belong to a business or something... Regardless of who used to own my number, it is on someone's fax list. I've called them to no avail. No one answers. It is a machine which is determined to send me a fax. Answering and hanging up was getting old since the machine is also on auto redial if the fax is not sent. Imagine getting 11 "voice mail" messages in the space of 2 hours!

I looked into trying to block them and a few other options but finally I made a custom ring tone, its blank. Anytime I get a call from a fax machine I put the number on a special ringtone on my device. Three guesses on what tone in playing when they call me!

I'm guessing some variation of my solution might be applicable here. The text messages is a problem... Wish there was a way to auto delete some specific senders messages or divert messages to an invisible folder or something.
