ARP in blackberry devices
 

I am looking for the answers for HOW ARP is handled in the blackberry devices or in blackberry os as One of the blackberry device is not detected in the network.
1- Whether blackberry devices support gratuitous ARP
2- how is ARP cache timeout implemented on blackberry devices
