blackberry ID security question loop
 

I forgot the password to my Blackberry ID. I get to the password reset, and it asks me a security question I have never seen in my life.

After answering it wrong several times, I get a link to reset my password via email BUT it still asks for this mystery security question, which I don't know because I answered it wrong and which is why I got the password link reset in the first place.

is there not a way to reset my blackberry ID via email without knowing the answer to the security question?

That would defeat the purpose of the security.

If you can't remember the security question, then you likely are going to need to create a new BlackBerry ID.

I see your point but many other services provide a password reset via email, which I have access to. thanks anyway!

"Many other services" are different from BlackBerry.
