How do I uninstall languages and voice dialing?
 
I want to uninstall all the languages and the (useless) voice dialing apps. Can someone please direct me to the quickest way to do this?

Voice dialing is usually not un-installable. You can hide the icon or stick it in a "junk" folder. If you have a convenience key mapped to it you can un-map it, eliminating the accidental invocation of voice dialing.

To uninstall languages you don't use, connect to desktop manager and uncheck the ones you want removed. This is a good time to make sure you have the latest stable OS for your model too. Durning initial setup unused languages get removed. I don't know if there is a way to invoke that option from within the setup assistant after you've done the initial setup.

No need, type Setup in Universal Search, click Setup icon, scroll down to languages and input methods, unselect languages you don't need, press Update.

That's the ticket! My way was the long way. Much easier to use Setup. (Y)

You can't uninstall the Voice dial app. It is a module, so I imagine with some tinkering, you could remove it, but I haven't tried. Don't go there unless you know exactly what you're doing.
