Dtek - Can't open attachments
 

I have a Dtek 50 and I can't open attachments. I have adobe Reader install for PDFs. If I click on them, "it says...cannot display attachment, not downloaded"

If the reply is "attachment not downloaded" you may be missing something in the screen that indicates to download the file. On my phones I see a little square page looking box with an arrow pointing down. Nothing is downloaded until I manually do a download. This may be a way to limit data use for emails from advertisers or other unwanted emails sources.
