In order to have a "religious" nation you have to destroy the education system and replace it with one that teaches dogma.

Maybe. But you know, it just isn't that hard. This is all built around common sense. One doesn't have to be a scientist to understand the concepts. I tell people all the time just walk outside and open your eyes. You'll see the results of evolution in the natural world all around you. It just makes sense. But maybe I should modify that to say walk outside and open your eyes and your mind.

This is exactly what one of the current GOP candidates would say. He wouldn't put it quite that way, but this is what he is saying. That universities have one purpose and that is 'indoctrination'. And that they 'steal' your religion from you. Which is preposterous of course. But he doesn't deal in facts very well.

Oh yeah TBOLT. You have a real winner here. I'd be voting for her for sure. She's all about teaching the Theory of Intelligent Design. I personally didn't know that ID had been elevated to theory status.

1. I believe LIBERAL influence should be kept to a minimum. What does this mean? I want curriculum for students to reflect actual facts about history, science, economics etc. and not one modified to suit political correctness and liberal bias.
