Problems with Link
 

Before the Z10 I had a 9900 and kept my files sync with my pc using synctoy, now, I am trying to use Link but notice it does not keep my files structure the same and it does not sync all files, for instance I keep some .exe files in my phone so I can use them whenever I need them and Link does not sync those files.
Am I doing something wrong or is that the way it works?

Copy files over wifi.

BB Link syncs only media files and does device backup, not SD and only data pertinent to the applications.

well according to link itself it can also sync documents. but it doesn't sync all kind of documents.
I went back to using synctoy
