I had a low opinion of her before the VMA as she was a Disney child star. Now she acts like she is running for mayor of NY.

Best comment i have heard is that she was only following the script.

This makes a lot of sense as I wonder if she has enough gray cells to put together the "act" she gave at the VMA.

Next question is who wrote the script.
