my storm 9530 crashed today, it refuse to boot up instead its showing JUM ERROR 102. pls what should i do

JVM 102 means there is a corrupt or incompatible file someplace, typically a .cod from a bad install.

You can try a battery pull and see if that helps, but I doubt that it will.

The most likely solution is to wipe with Jl_cmdr (see our FAQ) and then reinstall the OS (see the sticky at the top of the 9500 for the latest OS for your specific device and for the instructions). be patient as it can take an hour or longer to complete.

And I hope you have a backup. If not, all your data is gone.

thanks for i will try that and get back to you. i just downloaded apploader and bbsak. must my laptop be connected while working on my bb.

i wasnt able to fix it myself but someone helped me but the os he installed is 4.7 and i cant undate from phone because under advance option, i cant see update and but i lost default applications like hit the Mable game, word to go, excel to go etc. and my phone look awful. how do i get the default applications back and be able to update from phone

Update to a newer OS. Check the sticky at the top of the 9500 section for one specifically for your device.

You might need to reinstall the apps you mentioned. Check in the download or apps folder.
