Welcome to the forums.

What model device do you have (Options > About, first line)?

Also, go to Options > Security Options > General Settings, what does it show next to IT Policy?

thank you so much for your time!

options > about first line : blackberry 8330

options > security options > general settings : it doesn't say anything about IT policy... it says password and content compression??

If you scroll all the way to the bottom, it should show IT Policy...

I should have connected the Sprint with the 8330. You have 8300 in your profile and that threw me off.

Reloading the OS will restore all of those applications. Follow these directions to the letter and be patient.

jsconyers 02-11-2009 04:33 PM

The memory card goes under the battery.

I don't know much about macs. You can check the Mac users section of the forums.
