Music files not recognized by DM

As I had no reply to my previous posts, I'll rephrase my question.
When I click on music sync in DM, it only finds 2 songs in a Sample folder. How do I get it to see all my mp3 songs, stored in my music folder ?
Please help.

Hi, I am facing a similar issue. Whenever I try to play media files (either Voice or Video), it displays the error message saying "Unable to play Content".

Not sure how to overcome this terrible problem :-(

I too have been having these issues. One more piece to this puzzle is the non supported processor error when trying to install the drivers. I also cannot download the drivers directly from the site. The icon is dead.
