email not coming in and just going to messages folder
 

Hi guys,

First and foremost, I'd like to let you guys know that I did a search already for my inquiry but the search results were no help. :cry:

I'm not a Blackberry newbie and this is why this is irritating me. My Bold got wiped (long story) so after I restored it, I noticed that I wasn't getting any of my emails. I have my blackberry email and the other 3 are hotmail accounts. (when I did a search in the forum for this problem, all I was getting were ppl who had issues with their BES/work email - but mine is just regular hotmail so those solutions didn't apply to me).

My blackberry email (blackberry.net id) was the only one able to receive emails BUT the messages were ONLY going into the (ever so annoying) Messages folder - not even in the actual email folder itself. I've re-setup the other 3 hotmail accounts in the Email Setup wizard (punched in the psswds and everything) and yet I'm still not getting any emails from those. What happened?? Nothing has changed - i've wiped my Blackberry clean many times before and restored it with my backup files and I've never had this problem. Will I ever get my email working again?:-(

I've got a similar problem starting 3 days ago after I installed the new 5.0.0.1067 OS.

I can send emails from my device (it is only a single msn email account), but my device will not receive any emails except the service book emails and ones i send to myself from my device.

What is up with that?
