Password Keeper problem
 

One of my users has a problem with Password Keeper. Last week, it works fine but now, after Chrismas :-), the program gives this issue:

A password entry created on 21/5/2005 is protected by an old password. Please enter the old password to convert the entry:


You can enter the "old" password, but the user isn't sure that this one is correct and nothing happens. You can press cancel, but then you leave password keeper. The last option is "delete entry", but we don't know what entry cause the problem.

Can somebody help me or give some advise?

Same problem here... any ideas? Happened after I had to swap out a broken unit.

Has anybody else encountered this problem? Any suggestions?

I don't like the password keeper, it gave me too much trouble so I deleted the program.

i got that error, but my 'old' password is the one I always use for password keeper and it worked just fine. after entering your password, were you not able to get in?

Try to reenter the old password, only pay attention to the keyboard. Where I has used a word based on a telephone keypad, I was trying to enter that numerical interpretation into this Blackberry. Once I actually used the letters of the word that I entered the first time, it worked fine. Took me several days to figure it out.
