Help!! Some Address book data disappeared!

I have been synchronizing over the last few weeks and recently noticed that within the address book, any data that I had entered in the 'notes' or 'custom' feilds has disappeared. Every other feild is ok, except those.
Please advise. I currently synchronize with Outlook 2003.

Have you upgraded your DM lately. Also check your free memory. Options> Status> File Free. Try a battery pull.
