How to install apps without app world?
 

I have a 9860 and our BB admin has disabled Blackberry App World, so I'm not able to install apps via App World. Is there any other way to obtain the install files for most apps and install them, for example, this one? Free LINE - Download LINE - Free Apps from BlackBerry App World

You can try downloading them directly from the individual developer sites for the apps. Unfortunately, if your admin disabled App World he probably also disabled downloading and/or installation of third-party apps via the web.

I'll see if they have the install files on their site. I sort of doubt they do though :-(

You also run the risk of being fired for breaking company policy by installing any apps on this device. Just something to think about...
