Wierd Activation Problem
 

Lately when users have been activating via wireless/cabled they are getting stuck at 98% Time Zones initializing. Time for the to complete varies....i've had a couple take 3 days via wireless to complete. To several hours via cable to complete.

I did a search on Time Zones but most were about the DST stuff and couldn't find anything realy pertaining to this issue.

Anybody able to point me to what maybe up?

do you run full SQL?

we've had problems with activation when the BESAdmin had a little too many right assigned on SQL.

What rights on the SQLserver does the BESAdmin need to access and administer the DB:
-system administrator
-DBcreator
-DBOwner
(when using MSDE or SQL2005 on the local server, making the BESAdmin local admin will be sufficient)

Yep its SQL 2005 and has full SQL Permissions.

I will ask our DBA to change it up to see if that helps.
