Invalid PIN causing phone to fail enterprise activation
 
We were running BES 4.1 on an Exchange box (2007) with MSDE database. Recently installed BES Enterprise Server Express 5.0.2 on a different server and used Transporter to move users to the new SQL database. All went fine save for one user. The phone in question was on the 4.1 database but was not connecting correctly when the move was made. The Transporter logs show ValidationCompleteWarnings for this user. If the user is imported with the "Ignore Warnings" checkbox checked the process completes but the user is not listed in the BES Express user list. Trying to add the user from Active Directory gives a user already exists eror. If I try to Enterprise Activate the user from the users desktop with BB Desktop software it gives an error that the user is not set up on the BES server. I can't plug directly into the BES as it is virtual and no USB support. Any ideas?

Log onto BAS from a PC on the network?

Use Web DTM on a PC on the network?
