Blackberry Protect problem - Z30 with BBOS 10.3.2
 

Hi everybody,

I enabled Blackberry Protect on my BB Z30 but my account on protect.blackberry.com says that I don't have any BB device connected to this account. I tried disabling and re-enabling the Blackberry Protect option on my device but still the web server says there is no BB device connected to my BB account.

It is supposed to be a very simple process. I can't see what I might be doing wrong, or perhaps there is some bug?

Any help will be appreciated!

If your using a blackberry controlled by your company it may be blocked from using BB Protect, check with your admin
