Please help me with my BBM
 

For some reason I can receive messages and broadcasts just fine just as I can see all recent updates. However, for the past 24hours I haven't been able to send messages like everyone else. Not all of my messages get delivered. I have to copy and past them like 3-4times till finally it says 'D'. This isn't just happening with one contact.. its happening with all my contacts. Same applies to when I try to broadcast a message.. not all deliver only some and rarely any. I contacted my server and everything is fine on their end. I took my blackberry bold 9700 for technical support and they updated the software however the problem is still there. I've been using this phone for a year and I haven't dropped it recently for this issue to just pop up. Also after updating my software i lost all my groups on my BBM and I could only join back 1 group however the rest is still waiting to be authorized and its been hours!
Please help :( What is the problem?! :(

P.s. Yes I've taken out the battery and restarted several times. Even took my chip out.

You tried a battery pull. The next step would be to re-send service books. However, from your description, it does sound like a service issue and not you.

How do I re-send service books? What is that exactly? I'm confused.
Sorry but anything would do right now seriously cause I even tried connecting wifi and the problem still occured. :(

thank you and they already tried tht n it didn't help. However this morning I woke up and its a little better but still not all messages get delivered. I filed a report to my server in regards to this and they told me they'll contact me within 24hrs. Thank you though!
