Outlook 07 contacts won't sync
 

I'm using Outlook07 and it doesn't want to sync with my new curve. None of the home addresses and info appears to be coming in.

Have configured the sync to make sure that the correct folder is being used and have told Manager to export Outlook. Still nothing appears to be happening. What am I doing wrong?

Im not sure what the problem is but I use Outlook 2007 and when I setup the Manager, all my info was sent to my bb without a problem.

Reset the sync settings. When you try to sync for the first time, It should ask you for the Outlook profile. There is a drop down arrow. See if there is another profile available. You may have several Outlook data files and you are trying to sync an empty one. It happened to me too.

Yep, keep trying as mine works with Outlook 2007 with out flaw.

Perhaps I don't know how to do it? Could someone post step by step instructions?

Do you have the latest version of DM? I had the same problem when I "upgraded" to Office 2007. Once I got the latest DM it worked just fine!
