BBM problems
 

Hey guys,

New to the forums and the blackberry. My Iphone got stolen recently so I got one of these. I have BBM and until a few days ago it was working awesome, but now it won't send messages, recieve or let me send out bbm friend requests. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Do u got a BLACKBERRY data plan?

If you had it and now do not - presume nothing has changed on your account.
But of course the first thing rogers will do if you call in will be to check and make sure you have a BB data plan.
I.e are you provisioned onto blackberry.net

perform a register now.
options - advanced options - host routing table: do you see anything in there?
Perform register now.
Does it queue or does it send?
If it queues perhaps your phone says GSM rather th an EDGE.

call into rogers and complain :) lol
