unable to connect to internet from simulator

hi
I am ising jde4.1.i am running mds then simulator.But in that i am unable to connect to internet.I think i should set some proxy settings.Can any one tell me how to and where to set them in jde.

I solved the problem i changed the settings in rimpublic.property file present in
config folder of MDS.Make changes in HTTP Handler.
