8100 ringtone

I've made some ringtones mp3 , how can i install on bb. i tried email but didn't work..
any ideas?

Connect your BB to the computer and install via blackberry desktop and media manager.

Thanks, I did that the file won't play.. mp3 are there settings that i have to set . thanks
