msn on bold

My friend has bold
Has 2 msn accounts
One of them workin perfect
One of them.. login in,can see online people,they can see him,but can not send messege!!!gives error

It is an account that he logs in everyday in computer..

What could be the problem?
He said he tried reinstalling msn 5 times.. Still the same..

That's very odd. Looks like a problem with that one account. If it works fine for other accounts then I have no idea.
