3rd Party Application Push - Disposition Setting
 

Hello,

I'm able to push 3rd party applications when I set the Disposition attribute to "required". My application self-updates when new versions are available. But If i push the application using BES, the updates are not taking effect.

I wanted to find out if I change the Disposition attribute to "Optional"

a. Will the BES still push my application?
b. Will my application self-update?

The application will not push in the sense that it will be forced down to a HH. If you want to ensure that your application always stays up to date on a HH you need to configure the disposition to be required.
