Got mine today...luv it! However one issue has popped up already! The sensitivity on my trackpad is absolutly terrible, has a mind of its own. Vzw is already sending me out another one.

How did you get yours in one day? I have 23 hours and counting...

Ordered yesterday at about 12 noon with overnight shipping...I believe it was $12 bucks to overnight. Fed Ex delivered today at about 3:30.

However, they're shipping me out a new one! Should be here by tomorrow, the latest thurs! Ofcourse I get a lemon with a faulty track pad...lol

I didn't do overnight - I knew I was going to be on the road all day today. I'll be around tomorrow for the delivery. Good luck with your new one - hope it's perfect.

Cool...hope u enjoy it! I'll be popping into the Forums the next few days to give my thoughts on this Beast. As of now and as a very long time BB user, I'll say that this is a very sweet device. Overall its put together nice! However IMO RIM should have put more thought into the back cover, its a smudge/scratch nitemare waiting to happen, and the chrome trim around the metal band should have been totally brushed aluminum to avoid scratches.That's just me being picky on the hardware. But on a serious note, lack of an Auto focus is a dropped ball in this day and age, and putting a smaller battery in a phone with anything over a 1ghz processor is just asking for trouble. Only time will tell if this phone lives up to the hype. We shall see!

Verizon said they won't have it in their stores for at least another week. I crossed a stupid picket line to get into a Verizon store just to see the 9930, but alas, there are none to be found. The manager said "one to three weeks", but if Sprint will have it this Sunday I have to believe Verizon won't wait much past Monday.

If you paid for overnight shipping on Verizon's website, you can get them to refund the cost to your account because the FREEOVERNT code wasn't working properly when the device launched on the website.

Has anyone tried activating the mobile hotspot? I called VZW to see if it was avaialble. The rep couldn't find documentation on it, she said she would try to add it as an option. It was listed, but she couldn't add it unless i changed my data plan from 20mb to unlimited. I wasn't willing to do it, for cost purposes.

This is the best bberry i have ever had. Verizon rep told me that push to talk doesnt work yet as per RIM. Anyone have any info?
