flash light still on

After deleting the flash light I application I downloaded on my app world the flash light stays on even after removing battery and upgrading OS...pls wat can I do

Sounds to me like the problem had nothing to do with the app. Was the flash staying on the entire time, even after the upgrade before you restored data and apps?
