Why can't my DTEK50 open attachments?
 

My DTEK 50 won't open pdfs and jpgs in emails. My Curve 8520 does it with no trouble. What's the problem?

To open attachments on your Dtek50, you need to ensure you have the appropriate app installed. For example if your attachment is a PDF document, you need to Adobe Reader installed. Let me know if this helps.

Thanks, I've downloaded the app and that worked fine. It took a long time to open, but got there eventually!
