Don't Have Personal Email Setup Option
 

Hello,
I just activated a BIS plan with my carrier (already contacted them/they say it should work fine), have gone to hrt, under anvanced options and it registered, have done hard start up twice and still no personal e mail account set up. I don't get the option of selecting the "Blackberry Internet Service Email Options" which is the option I want :cry:

The carrier said the gprs indication should turn to capital letters GPRS soon, but nothing is happening.

Can someone help please?

It can sometimes take a while.... Just curious, khow long did it take? From your post times, it looks like it only took about 30 minutes, at least. So, maybe less than an hour?
