Using BES and BIS email together...

This has been annoying me for a while, but I've not found a solution. I'm hoping there's a simple fix that I've missed.

I have an 8830. I receive my companies email via BES. All messages show up under the messages icon. Great! That is the way it is supposed to work.

I also use BIS to receive email from other email accounts (gmail, etc). For each account setup in BIS it creates another icon on my BB which only shows email for that account. Great! That makes sense.

However, all BIS email also shows up under the main messages icon. so when I'm reading my company email I also have to sort through the personal email. Is there a way to have the BIS messages show only under their appropriate icon?

Thanks!

Asked so many times, that there's now a FAQ entry for it. :)

See 1.3 here:

Thanks, I looked in the FAQ but missed that. That's kinda annoying that the don't make a way to separate it out.

unfortunately they don't, the only solution would be to delete your messages icon and leave the others up in order to have each respective inbox. :-(

You should check out the Empower BES Mailbox. It might be what you are looking for. There is a link to it in the FAQ that was provided.
