User Tools CD

ohkay;; i got a blackberry curve off the internet.
it didn't come with a user tools cd thing.
so i tried to download the desktop software off of blackberry.com
but once am done it comes up to a
"Service Administration Installation"
&& it says i need a password??
what password?!

HELP!?

Do you get that message on your BlackBerry or on the Desktop Manager on our PC? Does it happen when the device is connected to the PC with the USB cable?

What version did you download? Sounds you might have the wrong thing. Does your BlackBerry have a password?
