No personal email option in set-up wizard
 

I just received my new Bold and am going through the set-up wizard to set-up my yahoo mail account. The set-up wizard should give me the option to set-up personal email through BB internet service, but the only option I get is to set-up work email through BB Enterprise server. Any idea why? I have a mobile internet service with Proximus.:?

The setup wizard is not used to set up personal email.
You need to choose the Personal Email Setup icon instead.
Should be in the 'Setup' folder if you have the correct BlackBerry Data Plan.

The personal email set-up icon is not available to me. I do find it in the application list. Checked my service status, which indicates my blackberry internet service is not connected. I can also not access the internet, even when connected to a WIFI network. My provider data plan is active though. Any thoughts.

You must have a true Blackberry Data Plan to get the personal email setup. A regular smart phone data plan won't do it.
