9320 Desktop Software does not see all applications
 

I have a 9320 which has Documents To Go installed, but when I connect the device to a PC with the latest Desktop Software installed it does not show up under applications.

If I go into applications on the Blackberry I can see that Documents To Go is installed.

Why can Desktop Software not see it? Is there something else I should be doing?

The reason I ask is that I have a further 25 9320's which have had Documents To Go uninstalled by a colleague who no longer works with us and I was hoping to use this method to re-install Documents To Go.

If I am using the wrong approach as to how I might get Documents To Go reinstalled on the Blackberry's I would appreciate some advice please.
