BBTour & Blueant Z9i distorted
 

New Tour w/2nd headset, tried Motorola H790 (distorted w/phone volume turned all the way down) & only one of 2 I could locally get, then the blueant Z9i (not much local selections will buy online if i FIND one that's good) distorted again but this time phone volume shows ALL the way up & the B ant took over the controls (hand sets wont work).

Called Blueant, they say there's a way to set it, but got cut off n didn't hear HOW to set the bb volume. The lil wired one that came w/phone is crystal clear, just need a GOOD clear wireless one for work use... any ideas? I searched the web for ways to set the bb volume for the bluetooth headset, but didn't get the answer I need.

Since the posting yesterday I've talked to USCellular (who said call blueant) & THEN Blueant who said talk to uscellular.... The Blueant people said that the headset will automatically set the bb volume to 50% - but IT'S AT 100%=distortion-they told me to send the headset in if I thought it was faulty, If I don't get this resolved I will just return it to the store I bought it from I guess, really diss at the lack of support from BOTH companies .... SO RELYING ON THE BB COMMUNITY for help! :P
