Any Thoughts on Josh Dugger?

My anger over is actions is only tempered by the realization this the whole thing may be part of the shows script.

Sort of like Bruce/Caitlyn/Lola Jenner crap. Will any of you lower yourself to watch his new show?

Having no idea what or who he was I searched the internet to find out.
the search ended with one thing proven.

There are a lot of really really crazy useless idiots in the world. Sadly a lot of them will watch this crap.

Caitlyn Jenner is apparently brace and courageous. If you believe the internets.

And as far as the Duggars, hypocrisy knows no bounds.

I think it is "Cash Flow has No Bounds."

Anyone with kids know that kids sometimes do stupid things. They should be punished and measures should be taken to make sure those things don't ever happen again. That's why there are juvenile laws on the books. I don't know why everyone hates this family because one of their kids did a bad thing. I actually have more respect for the Duggars than I did previously. I could have easily put in place all the precautions they put in after the fact but I don't know that I could have taken my son to the police station, however, these parents did just that and did everything they were supposed to do. They handled the situation very well.

Now they're being punished for doing the right thing. In my opinion there is no hypocrisy there. This whole thing was (illegally) leaked just to "get back" at some Christians who (it seems like more and more) people don't agree with.

...and before someone goes on about hypocrisy, keep in mind that if one had to be perfect in order to believe in and teach Christianity, there would only be one person ever in the history of the world that could ever teach it. We strive to be perfect, we try to teach others and help others to be perfect, but we all fail--even the pope, pastors, and other ecclesiastical leaders, and yes, even the Duggars. It doesn't mean we still shouldn't try and spread the word for others to try along with us.

I hear you John, and I agree. It's just that they do what they do in front of millions. They're gonna take a hit when information like this becomes available. And there are degrees of stupid things that kids do. It's not like he shoplifted some candy. What he did was way over the line and very serious. He needs help and it sounds like he's getting it. And I also agree with you that the family handled it pretty well. Again, you put yourself in front of millions, you're going to take some hits.

The irony here is that ol' TBOLT put the Duggers and Bruce Jenner in the same post! :-)

The reality shows adds a whole new dimension to the term "Script Kiddies."

I think Bruce should have changed his name to Lola. Wonder if he drinks cherry cola or that is not in the script.
