Unable to send e-mails from 9360

Can use phone, send and receive texts, receive e-mails, but cannot send e-mails. Have rebooted. Phone is not local where company tech guys can reload it. Any suggestions?

BES or BIS?
If BES, have you contacts your IT Administrator?
If BIS, have you tried resending your Service Books?

First thing to do is try sending an email with your other email address. See whether you are able to receive it. If this is the case then it could be a problem on the other end of the person you are sending to.
