Are there any applications that allow you to track another BB's location?

TeleNav Track. Roblock also supports remote tracking via GPS and/or tower triangulation. Berry Locator and GetItBack are two other trackers to consider.

For real-time tracking I've been using Instamapper. It works pretty well to share location info with friends & family.

GPSed also has an option to share live tracks with the entire world!!

There is also an app called Samecell though I have not used it.
