I have one user where contacts are not updating on a continuous basis. We are running BES 4.1.2.25. I have tried turning the wireless synchronization off/on on the device and it will only update one time. If I make a change in Outlook or on the device neither one updates.

Email and calendar are all fine.

Try clearing the Calendar db from the handheld (DTM > Backup and Restore > Advanced) then turning wireless sync off, wait 10 minutes, turn back on.
