8330 Wont turn on
 

Went to Europe and switched to my brothers 8830 world phone. Got home and plugged my Curve back in to charge and it flashed this Battery with a Lightning Bolt on the screen. Screen went black, the red light indicator went on while it was being charged and that is all i get. It wont turn on, I took battery out 100 times, nothing. Screen is absolutely black, and when you plug it in, you get no response other than the red indicator lights up and does not go away. Thoughts?

Are you sure that is the correct battery for that phone?

100%, All i did was activate the world phone. went away for a week, i get home and now it doesnt turn on. The phone worked absolutely fine before. Never had an issue. 1 thing i can think of is that maybe i had my alarm on and it drained the battery. But that should prevent it from simply charging up next time i plug it in would it? Any other thoughts.
